These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sz888 ("sz888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sz888 online gaming platform available at sz888.bet and all associated mobile or web interfaces.

By completing the sz888 registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing any part of the sz888 platform, or placing any wager — in whatever form — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. sz888 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where suspicious activity — including but not limited to unusual login patterns, rapid sequential logins from different geographic locations, or anomalous wagering behaviour — is detected. sz888 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside sz888's control and are your sole responsibility to investigate before transacting.

sz888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to Pakistani players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

• A bet is not confirmed until sz888's system has accepted it and a confirmation reference has been issued. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet is void and any funds deducted are returned.

Winnings resulting from bets placed with stolen, fraudulent, or disputed funds will be voided and the associated account suspended pending investigation by sz888's compliance team in cooperation with the relevant payment provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sz888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one sz888 account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the sz888 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Losses resulting from your own failure to secure your sz888 account credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, or UBL.
• Inaccuracies in live score feeds or data provided by third-party sports data suppliers.
• Any decision made by sz888 in good faith in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

sz888's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net PKR amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

The sz888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sz888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and network are adequately protected.

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time. Players may close their sz888 account voluntarily by contacting support. sz888 may suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Regulatory or licensing requirements that necessitate restricting access for a particular player or jurisdiction.
• Player self-exclusion request, whether temporary or permanent.

Upon termination for cause, sz888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

These Terms and the entire relationship between you and sz888 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz888 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of sz888, the following resolution process applies:

Nothing in this clause shall prevent sz888 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the platform or other players.

sz888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sz888 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or licensing conditions.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at sz888.bet/terms-conditions. The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current Terms came into force. Your continued use of sz888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the sz888 platform and contact support to initiate voluntary account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Any balance will be settled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time of closure.
